Lia Merminga is the first woman director of Fermilab

[edit]

This weekend, I received my snail-mail copy of "APS News" Oct 2022, Vol. 31 No. 9 page 1 continued on page 7. I added that citation. Thank you for your patience.  Preceding unsigned comment added by CarlFriedberg (talkcontribs) 17:50, 11 October 2022 (UTC)Reply

The list of fermilab directors can be found here:

https://history.fnal.gov/historical/people/people.html

Is that sufficient to warrant posting? I knew four of the above listed directors, and am reasonable sure they are male. How should I establish that Lia Merminga is the first woman director? This edit is done for the "Women in Red" WikiProject, so I would appreciate any guidance you could provide. I apologize for not providing any links.
