Mediaeval?

The lede currently says the term is mediaeval. The body says the term originates with James I. Which is it? Since the only reference given does not support the former, I propose going with the latter until a clear reference shows up. Rwflammang (talk) 23:29, 27 August 2019 (UTC)Reply
