Place of Birth
[edit]Just prior to Moser's execution, at least one newspaper stated, "Moser, 52, the son of a farmer, was reared in Wisconsin, near Milwaukee." This seems to have been inferred as his being born in Milwaukee County which is incorrect. Moser was born and grew up on a farm near Nenno, Wisconsin which is located within the township of Addison, Wisconsin, just over 30 minutes north east of suburban Milwaukee.

Date Warrant Signed
[edit]The article for Keith William Zettlemoyer says "On February 28, 1995, Governor Tom Ridge... signed his first three death warrants... The others were Leon Moser..."
But this article states
"On June 1, 1995, Moser and three other inmates on Pennsylvania's death row had their execution warrants signed by Governor Tom Ridge"
Keith William Zettlemoyer was executed on May 2, 1995 according to List of people executed in Pennsylvania , so if the Zettlemoyer article is accurate, then Moser's execution warrant should have been signed months earlier. IncontrovertibleUsername (talk) 23:26, 30 July 2025 (UTC)
