I corrected the translation of the title of one of the paintings illustrating this article. The title in the article was "Lying Female Act" c. 1922. "Act" is not a correct translation of the Polish word "akt" which means nude. I corrected the title to "Reclining Female Nude" - "reclining" is more commonly used in titles of art works than "lying." This is not vandalism, FFS. I hope that Zippybonzo is a bot and not a real person. Pascalulu88 (talk) 18:08, 23 July 2023 (UTC)

Insufficient citation regarding extant systems being shown inconsistent

Whilst Chwistek does criticize numerous other works in his introduction, and even criticises Principia Mathematica, he later in the book admits that it contains no inconsistencies. Therefore the comment that Chwistek showed extant systems of the time to be inconsistent is dubious. Citing his own work as a source for this also seems dubious. The notion of inconsistency in axiomatic systems has a precise meaning, and I see nothing in chapter I of this work that rises to that level. 86.31.103.83 (talk) 00:47, 31 May 2024 (UTC)
