House Majority

I'm just wondering, but how is 39 seats a majority in a Legislature of 83?! Wouldn't the majority be 42? Grizzwald 00:04, 11 April 2006 (UTC)

The government caucus currently has 39 more members than the opposition, so the government's majority is currently 39. There's probably a better way to word it in the article, but I can't think of something that's both clearer and concise. Feel free to fix it if you want. 15:12, 11 April 2006 (UTC)

I'm just going to remove the Government Majority portion of the table altogether because I really find it ambiguous and confusing. If you disagree feel free to put it back, but at least say why please. ;) Grizzwald 23:57, 11 April 2006 (UTC)

PC Party Colour Change

I'm just wondering why the colour of the PC's on this page, as well as all the other sessions of the Legislature of Alberta here on Wikipedia, have changed to a dark blue from a light blue? I noticed in the edit history that Zippanova cited that it was to "standardize" the colours, but to what standard is it? The PC's on the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba and Legislative Assembly of Ontario pages still use the light blue, not to mention that the colour used by the PC's of Alberta is a light blue, not a dark blue. Alberta PCs aren't associated with other PCs or Conservatives, this colour is more appropriate, because it is used on their website. 117Avenue (talk) 07:19, 28 January 2011 (UTC)

Assembly Dissolved 2023

According the the Legislative Assembly of Alberta website they have been officially dissolved and that there are "No Members of the Legislative Assembly until the results of the general election becomes official" so can I delete the list of all the MLAs and replace it with a TBD (To Be Determined) until the election results are official.
