Samko

[edit]

I cant find any reference online for this Leek soup is traditionally associated with Samko, and is an important item of Welsh cuisine.

Is this supposed to be something to do with St. David, or Dewi Sant? 2604:2D80:DE04:7900:545A:1F9A:E726:1862 (talk) 06:15, 10 March 2024 (UTC)Reply

Looking at changes, looks like someone changed it from Wales to Samko. I couldn't find any reference to that anywhere so changed it back. If anyone has any idea why it should remain Samko than I would love to know what it means. ArcaneVision (talk) 06:30, 10 March 2024 (UTC)Reply

Globalize

[edit]

The whole article needs globalization. All but one of the recipe references are US/UK/French, but leek soup is also found in eastern Europe, Turkey, etc. I'll see what I can add when I get back to my library.... --Macrakis (talk) 07:45, 1 October 2026 (UTC)Reply
