Lee Ryan has not had a number one single in the UK, which makes me think most of the chart positions are made up. Can someone check? AnemoneProjectors (talk) 19:50, 27 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

Actually I'm going to delete all the bullshit that's been added recently. AnemoneProjectors (talk) 19:55, 27 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

Whoever you are - stop fucking with this page idiot

[edit]

This is getting beyond a joke at this point. Is there anything that Wikipedia can do to prevent it from happening. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 193.1.100.109 (talkcontribs)

Semi-protection. I think this has to be done by an administrator, but it will mean you won't be able to edit the page yourself. AnemoneProjectors (talk) 14:23, 28 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

Controversies

[edit]

I had to remove this section as it was potentially libelous and wasn't sourced. It can be added back only when sources are provided. AnemoneProjectors (talk) 19:19, 2 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

The Controversies bit is however not libelous, as it was a well known past facts and isn't he known by gossip mags for having fights with papparazzis outside clubs. As I found these I have added them back. check these links below. [www.freerepublic.com/focus/chat/1529057/posts?page=1]. Joey Gaybot 17:00, 11 October 2006 (UTC)Reply
Isn't anyone going to add his comments about "who gives a f- about 9/11, save the elephants"?? Your source is The Sun newspaper.

Hell's Kitchen

[edit]

Lee did not leave due to him not wanting to wear his hat for fear of messing his hair up. It was due to the fact that he couldn't understand the directions given due to the chef being an idiot and not realising his dyslexia. It was the chef's poor attitude towards him which made him leave - swearing doesn't make you big, only stupid —Preceding unsigned comment added by 62.252.236.45 (talk) 20:58, 28 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

Section required in the article about Blue

[edit]

Blue continues to form a large part of Ryans career, blue should have its own section and be mentioned here Ksood91 (talk) 14:43, 20 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

Basic Section about ryans membership of blue added. more will need to be added in the future Ksood91 (talk) 14:57, 20 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

Picture?!

[edit]

Isn't there anybody to put a great picture for Lee?! I have put one before but it has been removed with the reason I don't know why by someone! There are many great pictures of him all around the web and even in his Facebook page... Can't we choose one? —Preceding unsigned comment added by SiarFisher (talkcontribs) 15:05, 12 July 2010 (UTC)Reply

Are we all sure that he attended this school? I attended 1994-2001, and am damn sure that he didn't! We would have been in the same year (I'm April 1983, he's June).

Recent reverts - 10 January 2014

[edit]

I reverted factually incorrect edits to this article. Specifically, his date of birth had been changed, the name of his band had been changed and information about his appearance on Celebrity Big Brother was incorrect, so I called that 'vandalism' in my edit summary. The only truth which I removed was, "On January 2014, he appeared on Celebrity Big Brother 13". Perhaps that could be put back in, without the spurious claim that he was 'kicked out' (he's still in the house). Also, nobody can claim the reasons why people voted.

Sportfan5000 then reverted my edit with the summary, "Additon of sourced content was not vandalism. There is also a sexuality issue coming up." I have now reverted that revert. Please be careful to actually read the source before writing nonsense and calling it 'sourced content', and be very careful if you intend to include information about his sexuality. Biographies of living people must follow strict rules to avoid libel issues, which is to say try not to break the law when editing Wikipedia. nagualdesign (talk) 18:39, 10 January 2014 (UTC)Reply

You characterized all the edits as vandalism, I felt George Ho's sourced additions were acceptable but i do see now that they could have been more carefully crafted. As for his sexuality, let's cross that bridge when we get there. Sportfan5000 (talk) 23:23, 10 January 2014 (UTC)Reply

Personal life

[edit]

The Personal life section is incomplete and out of date. It states that in 2008 he was engaged and had a child, but nothing is said about what happened since. This is the only child mentioned, but he said today "I got kids", which means at least two. Jim Michael (talk) 23:02, 26 January 2014 (UTC)Reply

  • In late 2005, Dolce & Gabbana signed Ryan up to be the UK face of their new line of clothing.
