It's not clear what is meant by 16th or 17th commercial bank. Also, the employee count was not readily apparent at the source which was provided. Please clarify. When ready to proceed with the requested information, kindly change the {{request edit}} template's answer parameter to read from |ans=yes to |ans=no. Thank you!
