Traditions: The Rock

G. E. College Bowl

Institute of Paper Chemistry
[edit]For many years the Institute of Paper Chemistry was a part of Lawrence. Students from the Institute dined with those from the college. The institute should be added to the history seciton. Kdammers (talk) 17:47, 2 April 2025 (UTC)
WLFM
[edit]"WLFM, initially operated from 1955 (broadcasting beginning in 1956) through 2005. After 2005 the station was converted to radio broadcast and operated until 2021" - Am I missing something? It says it broadcast through 2005, but then it converted to radio broadcast. Isn't broadcasting always radio (or t.v.) broadcasting? In the 1960s, it was definitely a broadcasting radio station.
