See my comments . I'm fairly sure the book still hasn't been published. And considering the history of this book, I suggest we don't add it until we have some good indication it is actually going to be published. E.g. a cover or something significantly more from the publisher or author than simply a database listing. Also, if it's common that books for the author are listed but then not published for a long time, it may be a good idea IMO to do the same for other books.
