Do you realise that latten is firstly a term, not a material. Doesn't matter how old it is, it's whether it was being called latten at the time or not.
Secondly the point with latten, distinguishing it from ancient bronzes, is that it's alloyed with zinc rather than tin. Andy Dingley (talk) 13:13, 10 March 2025 (UTC)Reply
