Explain reason for removal of information from article
[edit]The content I removed was non-encyclopedic in tone, and gave undue weight to these events. I glanced through the references used and others, and there is a large amount of information that is available to write a well balanced article on him. I'm putting a notice on the BLP asking for assistance. FloNight♥♥♥♥ 10:13, 14 October 2011 (UTC)
- I've gone ahead and overhauled the article. Not perfect, but better.Anythingyouwant (talk) 23:01, 14 October 2011 (UTC)

I tried finding an RS for support but couldn't find anything so I went ahead and removed the content. Feel free to restore it if anyone can find a source. Meatsgains (talk) 23:22, 10 July 2016 (UTC)

WEF involvement
[edit]Suggestion to add this paragraph to provide context regarding Fink's appointment as WEF Chairman:
In August 2025, Fink and André Hoffmann, vice-chairman of Roche Holding, were appointed interim co-chairs of the World Economic Forum's Board of Trustees. The appointments followed the resignation of interim chairman Peter Brabeck-Letmathe and the completion of an internal investigation into whistleblower allegations concerning the Forum's governance and use of resources. The WEF said the investigation found no evidence of "material wrongdoing" by founder Klaus Schwab or his wife Hilde Schwab, while acknowledging irregularities and announcing steps to strengthen its governance.[1][2]
Optionally, the following sentence can also be added:
In February 2026, during Fink's tenure as co-chair, WEF president and CEO Børge Brende resigned following scrutiny of his past contacts with Jeffrey Epstein; in a statement issued on behalf of the board, Fink and Hoffmann said that an outside review had found "no additional concerns beyond what has been previously disclosed".[3][4] ~2026-30329-90 (talk) 07:33, 21 May 2026 (UTC)
