Lake Homs/Qattinah

[edit]

This article should be redirected to Lake Qattinah. Nothing controversial here. It's the same exact lake, just alternative names. "Lake Qattinah" or a variation of that spelling is the most widely used. --Al Ameer son (talk) 17:33, 20 July 2012 (UTC)Reply

Those English scholarly articles I used for Lake Homs Dam, used the term "Lake Homs". Gun Powder Ma (talk) 18:57, 20 July 2012 (UTC)Reply
I've found that Lake Qattina(h) is used more frequently. Lake Homs is more of a general, alternative name. In any case we should probably have a vote to proceed because there's currently two articles (this one and Lake Qattinah) that describe the same body of water. One of those pages has to be redirected. --Al Ameer son (talk) 21:33, 20 July 2012 (UTC)Reply
Was not aware that there were two. Agree about the vote. Gun Powder Ma (talk) 13:06, 21 July 2012 (UTC)Reply
