Summary style

[edit]

According to guidelines at Wikipedia:Summary style, I would recommend splitting out the content for individual chemical compounds to separate articles, leaving just a summary of each in this article. An article for sodium stearoyl lactylate already exists and the content from this article can be merged into that one. I just created calcium stearoyl-2-lactylate with content from this article. I'm not sure if lactylic esters of fatty acids should be created as a separate article of not. -- Ed (Edgar181) 15:21, 15 September 2011 (UTC)Reply
