"crippled" Mac version
[edit]I recall reading that the author of LTspice thinks the Mac UI is the right way to do it, stating that he regrets adding a toolbar on the Windows version. I can't find the article however, but I feel that saying the Mac version is "crippled" is not an objective or justified statement. 82.75.115.38 (talk) 13:30, 7 June 2018 (UTC)
- I was just about to say the same thing. Regardless of what the author has stated the current treatment is fundamentally POV. If there is legitimate notable criticism that can be cited that can be covered, but no one is interested in the opinion of a random Wikipedian. Snipping it out now. 3142 (talk) 09:29, 30 November 2018 (UTC)

I’m hoping to update this page to include more recent information. I am not attempting to make these edits myself due to COI. I am employed by Analog Devices.
There was an LTspice version 24 that was released in February 2024 It included performance improvements, UI update, and new functionality https://ez.analog.com/design-tools-and-calculators/ltspice/a/faqs-docs/fd559/what-s-new-in-ltspice-24
Users who do not like the new UI and keyboard shortcuts can revert back to legacy UI https://ez.analog.com/design-tools-and-calculators/ltspice/f/q-a/577705/i-would-like-to-use-the-legacy-pre-ltspice-24-ltspice-gui
There was an LTspice version 24.1 that was release in January 2025 It included performance improvements and new functionality https://ez.analog.com/design-tools-and-calculators/ltspice/a/faqs-docs
LTspice is available for download at https://www.analog.com/en/resources/design-tools-and-calculators/ltspice-simulator.html, and the most recent version number is displayed on this page. The most recent version is 24.1.7, and was released April 12, 2025
Happy to contribute more in terms of references and suggested edits, but figured this would be a good start. Engineerbynight (talk) 14:25, 23 April 2025 (UTC)
