Info in "Fleet" section is Unsourced and does not match with LADE's website

I've just checked the official LADE website, and the information in page where the fleet is described differs substantially from what is stated in the corresponding section of this article. Please see the following links:

• List of aircraft in fleet, with side views, at: "Material de Vuelo";
• Pictures of aircraft in fleet, at "Galería de Fotos => Material de Vuelo".

Can the person who updated the information in "May 2008" please reference/source it adequately? Thanks, DPdH (talk) 07:58, 27 June 2008 (UTC)

You may have missed it but the source confirms the possible order for SAAB aircraft. The 757 is apparently confirmed in the article Agrupación Aérea Presidencial, however is that operated by the airforce proper or LADE which is also operated by the air force? Justin talk 08:10, 27 June 2008 (UTC)

Thanks for raising that, but I'm referring specifically to the aircraft that are operative/inoperative, not the two that you mention. And the article is still "formally unsourced". Regards, DPdH (talk) 08:19, 27 June 2008 (UTC)

I see. The article was updated in May by an IP editor in what was probably a drive-by edit so your chances of getting a source aren't good. If you think its wrong then edit it and correct it. I know LADE used to operate three 707 TC-1, TC-2 and TC-3 if that helps, the Flight International article indicated they were removed in 2006. Flight's website is but I doubt it goes back to 2006, though I did find this . You might try a google of the website as the search engine is pretty naff. Sorry if that sounds rambling but I really don't have access to much information at work. If I get a chance this evening I'll have a look at what I have. BTW does LADE still exist, I thought a new carrier was being formed to replace it? Justin talk 08:51, 27 June 2008 (UTC)

Hi Justin, thanks for the feedback. I'll research a bit more (when work & family allows!) then will edit the article. I've seen an issue of an aviation magazine last week, which has a "bonus" report on airlines, will try to grab a copy of it as a reference. LADE does still exist, and I've accessed its website yesterday (see: http://www.lade.com.ar/material_vuelo.htm); please note that (AFAIK) it has no aircraft by itself, but uses transport aircraft from the Argentine Air Force's pool. Haven't heard of a new carrier to replace LADE. Regards, DPdH (talk) 04:07, 25 September 2008 (UTC)

Renaming and DAB

I suggest renaming this page to the whole name "LADE - Líneas Aéreas del Estado", with a redirect from the old name(s) and variations. Then create a DAB for LADE, with three links as per the three related articles. Laterthanyouthink (talk) 07:48, 8 September 2020 (UTC)
