It was added by an IP and you did the right thing removing it because it was unreferenced. And I find it dubious. '-shvili' is a Georgian patronymic suffix "son of" and there is a Georgian given name ქუშა. And with really limited knowledge of Georgian I failed to find any reasonable etymology of ქუშა or ქუშ.
