History of the estate

Yes, some history is missing. The estate was founded in 1734. As for how they lost it, there are a few stories. One is narrated in Kuchesar Fort#History. Another is that the Kuchesar rulers helped Bharatpur ruler Jawahar Singh attack Delhi, and that led to Shah Alam II razing Kuchesar and imprisoning the heirs; the heirs then escaped and appealed to the Marathas for help, and eventually recaptured Kuchesar.
