Coordinate error

The following coordinate fixes are needed for Koutou, (Tokyo) Japan. They appear to be way off in china. My knowledge of Japan is near zero, but the coordinates I feel should be closer to 35.6687 / 139.8187 (Rather then the current 38.6012 / 114.3869)

Not done. You seem to be confusing the topic of this article (which really is a place in China) with Kōtō, a ward of Tokyo, the article for which is at Koto, Tokyo. The coordinates in both articles appear to be correct. (Those in Koto, Tokyo are basically the same as those you've suggested above.) Deor (talk) 20:49, 5 July 2013 (UTC)
