Correction: Status of Kodak Moments sale and CEO

[edit]

Disclosure: I am Mary Ann Schoeffler, Executive Assistant to the CEO at Kodak Alaris, so I am requesting these changes rather than making them.

1. Sale of Kodak Moments to CEWE. The article says Kodak Alaris "sold" the Kodak Moments business to CEWE in August 2026. The agreement was signed on July 16, 2026, and has not closed. Closing is subject to regulatory and antitrust approvals and is expected in the first half of 2027.

Suggested wording: "In July 2026, Kodak Alaris agreed to sell its Kodak Moments Retail Photo Solutions business to CEWE Group for an enterprise value of about €88 million. Completion is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected in the first half of 2027."

2. Key people. The infobox lists Paul Wells as CEO. The current CEO is Jon Bostock, per https://corporate.kodakalaris.com/About-Us/Leadership.

Thank you.
