It is difficult to explain one's culture,especially the case of explaining to another country people,because it is difficult to find articles by other languages.

I don't find English evidence of the articles,but in japanese,I think these are references of them.

I think these references show that,

• It is seemed there is peculiar fashion style in Kobe in Japan. (it is recognized by many japanese.)
• Many magazines for young women show airticles of this fashion style.
• "Kobe Collection" is held by background ,as commercial.
• At the same time,this event supported many associations (company,government,foreign country...). To tell the truth,it is the largest fashion event in Japan. (term,number of associations and number of the sites),but I can't get evidences.)
• "Kobe fashion(Style)" has fostered by the lifestyle of people that manage trading company and banks from the last of 19th century,has been effect the location of Kobe port that was one of the largest international port.So it recognized that this fashion is peculiar style in japan.
