Merge with Grand Cross

This article should be merged with Grand Cross since the notion of "Grand Cross" (or whatever it is called in certain cases) being the denomination for the highest rank of an order is not unique to the UK. Content wise:

  • "most senior grade...": Not UK-specific.
  • "entails admission to knighthood", order of precedence: UK-specific, but short enough to be appended to the Grand Cross article.
  • names of orders which have this rank: details/minutiae which do not aid in understanding the concept. Nice to have, but not necessary (even if it is assumed that only the UK has Grand Crosses).
  • mantle, breast star etc: Not UK-specific.
  • translations: Adequately covered by Grand Cross article.
