- When a separate article exists for a last name, all people mentions go there. Sergey Kirov is mentioned in the Kirov (surname) article. Regarding comments used to close the above move request
[edit]There appears to have been confusion of this move request with the group nomination submitted for Talk:Kalinin#Requested move 15 April 2017, which is mentioned at the end of this move request.
