When did kipande stop being required?
[edit]I think it would be helpful to mention the date when the requirement for Kenyan men to wear kipande was abolished — even if the answer to this is just the date of Kenyan independence. AdamPronouncedAdam (talk) 17:27, 26 March 2022 (UTC)w
- The kipande was used until 1947. I added this to the page. AMNK24 (talk) 15:12, 13 May 2026 (UTC)
