- Oppose People who say kilo for kilogram are well aware that it's a slangy clipping, and they won't type kilo into the search when they are looking for kilogram. Similarly, a well-written Wikipedia article won't use kilo where kilogram is meant. Indefatigable (talk) 00:36, 29 April 2023 (UTC)

- Oppose – backwards logic for proposal: it would require that "kilo" most often refers to the kilogram (which is false). Even the assertion used has dubious validity, and should be removed. —Quondum 21:14, 4 May 2023 (UTC)
