I believe the author of this article is using the term "azimuth" when refering to the antenna'a ability to track a satellite from horizon to zenith, when he/she should be using the tern elevation. That is, the keyhole problem is caused by limits on the elevation range instead of limits on the azimuth range , as the author has indicated in the article.
