The name of the article should be "Imo-kenpi".

This page needs to be renamed as "Imo-kenpi" since the word "Kenpi" doesn not mean what this article mention now.

According to General Foundation for the Promotion of Potatoes (https://www.alic.go.jp/content/000130286.pdf [page 9, (3)]),

"高知県には平安時代から伝わる郷土菓子の一つに、小麦粉を練って作った「けんぴ」（堅干）という細長く棒状に焼いた干菓子がある。「いもけんぴ」という名前の由来は、この「けんぴ」とは主原料も製法も全く異なるものの、形状や硬いところがよく似ていることから、この名前が付いたと言われている。"

"In Kochi Prefecture, one of the local confections that has been handed down since the Heian period is kenpi, a long, thin, stick-shaped baked dried confection made by kneading wheat flour. The name "Imo-kenpi" is said to have come from the similarity in shape and hardness, although the main ingredient and production method are completely different from those of "kenpi"."

Thus, "Imo-kenpi" means confections made of potatoes, "kenpi" means confections made of flour and both of them are completely different. This article explains about "Imo-kenpi" now.
