Trimming down production discography?

[edit]

It seems like the production discography is a tad bloated. Perhaps we should trim it down? Maybe limit it to albums that have existing articles, or just list the albums?

Kenny BeatsKenneth Blume – I am resubmitting this request because I made a reply and it was seemingly deleted (I don't really edit this kind of stuff so I don't know if that's normal or not):

Blume has stated in interviews that he prefers to be credited by his legal name, as Kenny Beats was a name made when he was younger and doesn't always sound appropriate.

This Variety article:

I named myself Kenny Beats at 15 years old for MySpace — because my name was Kenny and I made beats — and it kind of just stuck. And whenever I get a Grammy nomination as Kenny Beats, there’s times where in my heart I’m just like, ‘But my last name is Blume.' [...] I’ve been Kenny Beats for 20 years and I’m starting to not feel like it; I’m starting to feel like Kenneth Instrumentals or something now. So just being my real name feels safe from here on forward, you know? It’s time.

..and this Complex article (and the tweets from him it features):

Produced 4 rap songs in the last 2 weeks and people still writing think pieces about me distancing myself from hip hop because I go by my real name now. I named myself Kenny Beats on MySpace at 15 years old…I would love yall to go by ur email address from middle school in your mid 30’s. I just want to use my real name now..for all genres. [...] call me Kenny call me KB call me baby I don’t give a f**k. Just put my last name in the credits!

I think all of this justifies the move to Kenneth Blume. I don't think he's been credited as Kenny Beats in any releases within the past year (although I could be wrong) AndrewGarfieldIsTheBestSpiderMan (talk) 16:51, 17 April 2026 (UTC) This is a contested technical request (permalink).
