Kenneth Allsop
[edit]Allsop wrote a regular column about recorded music for the British magazine Nova starting with its first issue in March 1965. This column was idiosyncratic/recondite/eccentric and while referencing contemporary new releases was quite unlike conventional review. Very well-written. Adamsez (talk) 07:13, 8 June 2013 (UTC)

Yes he had lost a leg. He also used to refer to "bitchy homosexuals" sometimes in his TV appearances. Whether he had any proclivity in that direction I do not know, but I seem to remember the bitchiness was directed at his missing leg.Fletcherbrian (talk) 22:28, 24 March 2015 (UTC)
Incidentally when he died there was widespread speculation that the cause was suicide. At this point references were made to his possible homosexual side.Fletcherbrian (talk) 22:31, 24 March 2015 (UTC)
Further to the above, certainly lots of entries appear when his name and "homosexuality" are put in a search engine. Here's an excerpt from a programme guide in 1966 for the old BBC Home Service: "KENNETH ALLSOP introduces a selection of news about current books and talks to BRYAN MAGEE about his book One in Twenty, a study of homosexuality in men and women".Fletcherbrian (talk) 22:38, 24 March 2015 (UTC)
Daughter?
