| The article has too many fabrications and makes far too many assumptions. It is not supported by sound evidence and is the product of rumour.
The assassination of Herbert Chitepo is steeped in controversy and it has never been proven beyond reasonable doubt that Flower was involved with this directly or indirectly. There are suggestions that in fact Chitepo was assassinated by his own kith and kin. A former Rhodesian soldier has made claims to be responsible for the assassination - he is now deceased. There are too many little errors in this article to give it much credibility. It needs a re-write and needs to be based on fact rather than the fictional drivel that appears on the page. There is the realisation, of course, that this article is motivated by some quasi politico-academic trying to score points for the current regime. |
