Confusion with Skip Homeier

[edit]

They look and sound rather similar. I just watched a old Perry Mason episode, "The Case of the Skeleton's Closet" and I thought, "That's Skip Homeier." But when I saw the credits, it is Keith Andes. The actor on the Outer Limits episode "Expanding Human" is definitely Skip Homeier. Also, in the Star Trek episode "The Apple." I wonder if there are any more errors in this article (or Homeier's) due to this resemblance. I also entertained the idea for a while the idea that "Keith Andes" was an alias of Homeier's, although biographical information would seem to rule that out. I've removed "Expanding Human" and "The Apple" from the biography. There may be other times in this article where he and Skip Homeier are confused, and also in the article for Skip Homeier. Those two are all I know about. And, he may have appeared on Star Trek TOS or the Outer Limits for all I know, but not on those episodes. Wastrel Way (talk) Eric

Keith Andes appeared in the original Star Trek episode, "The Apple," as Akuta, the leader of the people who feed Vaal. (Ref: ST:TOS) (How did you miss this?)

(And yes, I thought he was Skip Homeier from time to time, but I am big enough to admit mistakes.) I'm sorry I didn't get to meet him. 66.243.238.63 (talk) 01:09, 2 February 2025 (UTC)Reply
