I'm a bit new to Wikipedia editing and am looking to improve for the future, so forgive my question, but would it be appropriate to add a "Appears in popular culture" type tab to reference the towns appearance in Guts and Blackpowder? I've seen other such references under other things that appear in games (Jadwiga of Poland as an example, she has a tab referencing her appearance in Sid Meyers Civ6) and am wondering if that would be sensible as that is a constructive add-on rather than just senseless griefing. "In popular culture" sections need reliable sources to show the references are significant enough, as described at MOS:POPCULT. After a cursory search, I don't think the video game you mentioned meets this threshold and its inclusion would be disproportionate (unless stronger sourcing turns up). Thanks.
