The number laudatory quotes and the focus on details (like the large carrots) seems non-encyclopedic or at least undue weight. Perhaps I should have gone with a POV template or undue weight template rather than a promo template. Plandu (talk) 17:45, 26 June 2023 (UTC)Reply
I basically looked for everything I could find and didn't find anything negative except the disappointment over the carrot steak, and the large carrots are simply a fact: they're needed to do the dish.
