Bibliography and short references - or long references and no bibliography

It looks like there's an attempt to use a Bibliography, which would mean the references/footnotes would be short citations (e.g., Bart, p. 55.) - but there's a combination of a Bibliography and long references. And, there are different items in the two lists.

Maybe it's a work-in-progress, but there should be one approach - which would still have a citation for each sentence or group of sentences. Either:

• One list of references with all the citation info OR
• A bibliography with all the citation info except pages - and - short citations referring to the author and page numbers (e.g., Bart, p. 55.)
