I've just removed a Hull Daily mail article following this article in the Guardian. JRPG (talk) 22:54, 22 April 2015 (UTC)

That's probably reasonable. I found http://www.yorkshirepost.co.uk/mobile/news/election-politics/politics-and-election-news/mp-will-not-face-spending-probe-1-6604046. Its not entirely clear what the commissioners did say; that article says The Commissioner’s office have said they will not be holding an inquiry into Coun Whitehead’s complaint, nor Mr Turner’s self-referral, made the same day.
