Requested move
[edit]- Although I believe the article author that kanger is the correct Kashmiri name for this, the vast majority of English-language sources use the name kangri, so, per WP:MOSNAME that should be the title. The page Kangri is currently a redirect to Kangri language, so as a non-admin I can't perform the move myself. - Since it's not clear which of Kanger or Kangri language is the primary usage of Kangri, we'll just leave it at that. I've removed this move request from WP:Requested moves. Anyone is free to renew the request if there's more evidence.--Aervanath (talk) 04:33, 15 March 2009 (UTC)
Use of the word 'kanger'
[edit]This article seems agnostic about whether the word 'kanger' should be italicised and whether it should be capitalised. It would be greatly improved if a consensus was reached. It would also be helpful for a plural form to be established. Vandagyre (talk) 08:15, 6 January 2025 (UTC)
