Source for music?

[edit]

The Mumbai Mirror cited source says that Pritam composed the music for one special song for this film. It does not say that he compossed the rest of the musing for it. A better source is needed. DES (talk)DESiegel Contribs 22:15, 13 June 2018 (UTC)Reply

All music are produced by Pritam

Budget

[edit]

Please check these parameters before changing budget Parameters. Rickyurs (talk) 15:23, 19 April 2019 (UTC)Reply

@Arslan-San: The problem with your recent edit here, is that across the board, for most films across the globe, when we contemplate a film's budget, we are considering the cost of production, not print and advertising costs. Those should never be included in a production budget. And if you look at Template:Infobox film instructions, you will note in the |budget= instructions, the following: "Insert the approximate production budget of the film. This is the cost of the actual filming, and does not include marketing/promotional costs (e.g. advertisements, commercials, posters)." So the inclusion of print and advertising costs creates a significant problem, because we can no longer compare or contrast Kalank's performance with other films. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 03:16, 24 April 2019 (UTC)Reply

@Cyphoidbomb: @Krimuk2.0: Taran Adarsh has clearly stated that INR 150crore is the budget (including P&A). I agree that production budget of the film shouldnt include P&A. But 80 crore as production budget without P&A? That means 70 crore spent on P&A which is totally unacceptable since no producer with a right frame of mind, especially KJo, spends 70 crore on promoting 80 crore budget film. The 80 crore budget citation-source is incorrect and done by media just to reduce budget in order to declare this tanking film as commercial success.DarpSinghh (talk) 10:29, 27 April 2019 (UTC)Reply

Be that as it may, I still think the note about the print and advertising costs should be restored to the article, since 150 crore is apparently not the production budget. The note was removed in this edit by AutoRectify without adequate justification. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 01:29, 28 April 2019 (UTC)Reply

[edit]

Regarding these edits by the IPs . Per Template:Infobox film, the parameter "|budget=" should mention only the 'actual cost of filming' not the marketing and advertisement costs. The exact words being → "This is the cost of the actual filming, and does not include marketing/promotional costs (e.g. advertisements, commercials, posters)". So per the source , the [Cost of Production Rs. 130 cr + Print & Advertising Rs, 20 cr], that is we have to write only 130 crore, not the total 150 crore. Hope I'm clear. - Fylindfotberserk (talk) 14:31, 26 June 2022 (UTC)Reply

Probable AI text

[edit]

Hi - I added the AI generated tag here in reference to the edits by Thefallguy2025. Their edits have consistently displayed indicators of potential LLM output (some of their past edits have kept the chatgpt parameter in the refs), and so I am tagging them all as it is unlikely they suddenly stopped using it.

Since their text remains in the current version of this article, and it is unclear how much review was done of the output, it all needs review for sourcing, tone, accuracy/hallucinations, etc. (This applies even to changes that are "just" copy edits, as AI copy edits commonly introduce editorializing, subtle factual errors, unattributed opinion, non-neutral language, etc., even when they claim otherwise.)
