The result of the move request was: no consensus. Suggest revisiting in a month or two, but next time please do it as a multi-move rather than listing a dozen separate RMs all with the same rationale. Jenks24 (talk) 14:39, 8 June 2014 (UTC)
K.R.C. Genk → KRC Genk — Most sources refer to KRC Genk, not K.R.C. Genk (see their Official websiteCoreyemotela] (talk) 20:18, 25 May 2014 (UTC).
- Oppose - as unnecessary. There is no clear consensus on this and it is my understanding that either is acceptable. Some people say that as an abbreviation it should have the ".", others not. Fenix down (talk) 09:24, 26 May 2014 (UTC)
- Oppose - unnecessary and inconsistent. Have a look also at Talk:Manchester_United_F.C./Archive_12#Requested_move. --Pelotastalk|contribs 18:46, 26 May 2014 (UTC)

– Per MOS:POINTS and WP:NCST. All three clubs don't use dots on either their club crest or official website. Dots generally aren't used by the media either; I've provided some example links from the BBC and UEFA below. J Mo 101 (talk) 12:46, 29 June 2025 (UTC) — Relisting. - Oppose - start a RFC to determine the naming convention in Belgium, like we did with Italy. Then we can mass remove (or not) the dots from all articles. GiantSnowman 19:02, 30 June 2025 (UTC)
- Where was the RfC for Italian clubs? I checked the RM for AC Milan and it was deemed not necessary. WP:RFCNOT also says not to use RfC to discuss page renames. J Mo 101 (talk) 22:07, 30 June 2025 (UTC)
