At least a short time ago, it was not usually given at least to normal troops (though a multi-use pocket knife is), but soldiers can and do purchase them and use them.--2001:A61:260D:6E01:E004:F71:751:2DFC (talk) 10:32, 22 February 2018 (UTC)
