The comment about "destined to fail" probably should be removed entirely... It is just the opinion of one guy on a blog (albeit he may be employed by the paper - it isn't all that clear). Since the station is in bankruptcy, any current programming is just a temporary format until the new owners assume control of the station from the bankruptcy process.
The "source" regarding the acquisition is quite weak, but the only source I could find. The link is to a "sample" page at Radio Business Report that just happens to mention these stations on the day they grabbed it as a sample. Being a sample page, it could vanish at any time.
