So, who owned KCWE?

Now that on August 15th, the FCC approved the transfer of KCWE Channel 29 from KCWE-TV, Inc. to KCWE LMA, Inc., a subsidiary of the Hearst Corporation (in other words, officially allowed Hearst Argyle to buy the station they've been managing for 10 years), why was it believed that this had already occurred in 2001? This appears to have been an error that existed from the creation of this article. —SterlingNorth 07:15, 20 August 2006 (UTC)

Liepold—won on the basis of its proposal to cover more people.", could this be split into two sentences? Somewhere along the lines of "Inc. were the finalists.
