Major expansion and source upgrade

I've expanded the article from the stub-class state and addressed the {{BLP sources}} tag dating from January 2008. The article now uses 21 references covering Chandy's research contributions, awards, and academic positions, drawn from Caltech, IIT Madras, the National Academy of Engineering, the ACM, and the IEEE Computer Society. Highlights:

• New {{Use American English}} declaration alongside the existing {{Use dmy dates}}.
• Lead expanded to four paragraphs summarising research contributions, the path through IIT Madras, Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn, and MIT, the move from Texas to Caltech, and major recognition (NAE 1995, Dijkstra Prize 2014, Goode Award 2017, ACM Fellow 2019), per WP:LEAD.
• Research section split into Queueing networks and performance modeling, Distributed algorithms, Concurrent and parallel programming, and Event-driven and sensor systems.
• Awards and recognition consolidated and sourced.
• Selected publications split into Books and Articles with full {{cite book}} / {{cite journal}} templates.
• Three new categories added: Researchers in distributed computing, Computer systems researchers, Formal methods people.
• Image of the Chandy–Lamport algorithm added in the Distributed algorithms section ({{File|Ejemplo grafico Chandy-Lamport.png}}, CC BY-SA 4.0). No free portrait of Chandy is currently on Wikimedia Commons; the |image-needed=yes flag in the WikiProject India banner is preserved.
• Caltech Heritage Project oral history (5 July 2022) added as a primary source for personal background; independent secondary academic profile coverage in IEEE Annals of the History of Computing or comparable would strengthen the article further.
