Request to fix citation errors and formatting issues

I have a conflict of interest regarding this article. I am requesting the following specific technical corrections to address citation errors and formatting inconsistencies. These changes do not add new content—they only correct existing citations and formatting.

1. Fix newspaper name typo

In the "Toquefest Film and Music Festival" section, change: "The Providence"

To: "The Province"

Reason: The newspaper name is incorrect.

2. Fix incomplete Birdband citations

The three Birdband references (currently numbered 30, 31, and 32 in the live article) are inconsistently formatted.

Proposed replacement:

Birdband was a music side project undertaken by Adam in the noise and punk scene in Vancouver.

Reason: The LiveVictoria.com citation links to a generic homepage rather than a specific event page and does not verify the claim. The remaining two citations include publisher names and dates.

3. Add missing citation needed tag

Current: In the 1990s he studied film at University of Windsor and the Vancouver Film School.

4. Consolidate duplicate baseball references

Proposed revision of the first paragraph in the Baseball section:

Approved COI edits now live; additional items for consideration

Disclosure: I am the subject of this article.

I have just implemented the technical and citation corrections approved by Fiske in the above discussion ("Request to fix citation errors and formatting issues"). The changes include: fixing newspaper name typos, updating Birdband citations to institutional archive links, correcting a misattributed photography citation (now The Georgia Straight), consolidating baseball references, formatting the awards section, and adding my birth name to the infobox. Supplementary sources were also added where they directly support existing statements, without adding new content claims.

The article now contains a much stronger set of independent, reliable sources. There are a few remaining items I would like to bring to editors' attention when time allows:

• The notability tag placed in July 2023 may now be reconsidered given the improved sourcing.
• The lead sentence currently describes me as a "photographer, musician and former professional baseball player" but the article body also documents award-winning design and filmmaking work; I would welcome input on whether the lead should be expanded for accuracy.
• The education sentence currently has a [citation needed] tag; I have been unable to locate an independent source and would appreciate guidance.
