Proposed merge with Pintsch gas

Both articles are stubs. They already overlap significantly (on two very short articles). The context of Pintsch gas is critical in understanding the notability of the inventor. It is unlikely that significant new material will be added to either article to bring it out of stub class, but a merger, properly executed, might be enough to do so.
