This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because... Julius B. Ness was a South Carolina Supreme Court Chief Justice, South Carolina State Senator, and World War II veteran and Army Captain. I will add more information to this article going forward. My brother wrote a paper on him once, and I will reference that paper, as soon as I find my copy. --Mudman1948 (talk) 20:54, 16 December 2013 (UTC)Reply
