Notability

[edit]

He should pass notability now. I'm aware that the Pleasant Green stuff takes up a good chunk of the article but that's mostly what I did find for him TBH. ReaderofthePack(formerly Tokyogirl79) (。◕‿◕。) 22:47, 13 August 2021 (UTC)Reply

Simpson's principal notability is his responsibility for the resignations of leading cast members on New Tricks, one of the best police procedurals in British television history. It's not surprising that he hasn't worked in television since. If he must have a page on Wikipedia, it should definitely mention this. [1] 90.243.220.136 (talk) 17:29, 19 June 2022 (UTC)Reply

Genuine article?

[edit]

The article contains next to nothing about its actual subject: the man himself. Instead it contains a list of his plays, etc, which is better suited to a cv than to an encyclopaedia. 109.149.219.203 (talk) 21:40, 24 March 2023 (UTC)Reply
