Joseph Capgras vs. Jean Marie Joseph Capgras

[edit]

I'm not sure which name is accurate. Jean Marie Joseph Capgras seems only slightly less common than Joseph Capgras when referring to the psychiatrist who discovered the Capgras delusion (7,140 Google results vs. 12,000). In fact, the non-English language Wikipedia articles for this man all use Jean Marie Joseph Capgras in the text (though the articles are named Joseph Capgras). It's probably not that big of a deal which it is, but I'm going to go ahead and change the name in the article. If anyone objects, simply change it back and note it here on the talk page. --clpo13(talk) 07:52, 23 July 2009 (UTC)Reply

Redirect

[edit]

Searching for "capgras" redirects to this article--it really ought to redirect to the page about the actual condition (Capgras delusion), as the term is commonly used in that context (here, for example: http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=124745692&ps=cprs) -99.61.189.200 (talk) 04:00, 31 March 2010 (UTC)Reply

Pronunciation

[edit]

I came to this page from Capgras delusion hoping to find an IPA pronunciation of this surname. If someone with knowledge of French could post it I'd be grateful. Thanks- Mr0t1633 (talk) 13:51, 27 January 2011 (UTC)Reply
