I have noticed that many of Abramowitz's research contributions mentioned in this subsection are all from 2020 or before. By adding and updating more of his recent works from 2021 to 2026, this section can be further expanded. Specifically, I'm planning on including his recent longitudinal research on prenatal beliefs, psychological predictors of postpartum symptoms, and evaluation of the four-item Obsessive-Compulsive Inventory. I have also noticed that the language used in this page sounds subjective by influencing the readers to feel a certain way about Jonathan Abramowitz. Phrases like “He is an expert on obsessive–compulsive disorder (OCD) and anxiety disorders whose work is highly cited.” make the reader feel a sense of academic reverence and hyperbolize the topic. In the Introduction, "Academic career", and "Award, recognition, and leadership" sections I will edit or remove such words and phrases that have an exaggerative connotation.
