This article failed to answer my questions about Boston businesses ca. 1905 listing themselves as having offices in the "John Hancock Building." Clearly, at least one prior building housing JHLI and known by that tenant is being overlooked. 73.181.11.67 (talk) 21:11, 13 November 2019 (UTC)Reply

What, no plywood?

[edit]

No mention of the windows blowing out and crashing down on to the streets surrounding the Hancock Tower, and the plywood panels that replaced the windows before themselves being replaced with new glass? Or the fact that the construction of the tower on filled land drove water into the basements of surrounding buildings? MarkinBoston (talk) 02:04, 28 January 2025 (UTC)Reply
