Report on the Japanese surrender at Singapore in September 1945 by Brigadier J.D. Rogers

- all looks good to me: article is long-enough, DYK-eligible, the hook fact is reasonably interesting, Earwig copyvio tool reports no issues. Article fully referenced and looks comprehensive.
